26. Constructive Total Loss(추정전손)
A constructive total loss is a situation where the cost of repairs(수리비용) plus(더하다) the cost of salvage(구조비용) equal or exceed the value(가격) of the property(화물)...
In the case of damage to the goods, where the cost of repairing the damage and forwarding(옮기다) the goods to their destination would exceed their value(가격) on arrival(도착 당시).
